Reflecting on your life on a regular basis is great for identifying what is working well and any areas for improvement. Take some time to pause and withdraw from your everyday activities and look at the various areas of your life such as work, relationships and hobbies.
Is there anything that needs adding or taking away?
Life really is too short to settle for mediocre!
Being happy and contented is a real gift.
So go on get a pen and a piece of paper and explore.
And then remember to take action!
